Returns & Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem!

If an item doesn’t fit, simply return it to OASIS and we’ll replace it with the size you need, based on availability.

For example, if a pair of shoes doesn’t fit, return the shoes to OASIS and we’ll send out a replacement pair in the correct size.

Our goal is to make sure every student receives items that fit and can be used. There’s no complicated return process...just let us know what needs to be exchanged, and we’ll take care of the rest.
